how much YES u guys using?

I use 6 pumps per day regardless of whether I am doing cardio or lifting. The results have been great, especially in my face and lower abs.

Macro, how long can you run YES before needing a break?
 
I love Tren It's the only steroid I use. I'm currently 5'8 230lbs 15% bodyfat. Tren is a very powerful steroid. I only use 300mg every five days of tren ethanate. Which is only 50mg per day. and I always grow well from it. I have used this dosage for about 2 years and kept most of my gains. strenth is through the roof. I talk to alot young guys in the gym, who take insane doses of tren and other steroids, but have a hard time keeping there gains. these bone heads have no clue on how to eat properly, and wonder why they are so bloated with water. your salt intake means alot when on a cycle of steroids 1 gram of salt holds 1000mg of water.So if your at Mccdonalds eating 4 big macs and a large order of fries every day because you think you need all those calories, you can kiss alot of your gains goodbye.Because most of it will be water, no matter what kind of PCT you do. You need to eat clean to maxamize keepable gains.

it can be used pretty much indefinitely (until you get where you want), their is no down regulation of effectiveness
 
A topical Yohimbine supplement like YES is a MUST have for me when dieting, especially when getting sub-10%.

I've been in love with topical applications of Yohimbine ever since Duchaine mentioned it years ago.

Yohimburn, or better YES, is the best topical yohimbine supplement i've ever used. I've been big on this stuff since it was first released a few years ago. You have a winner here Macro!

hey mac...so you know im a fighter and i dont hold much fat at all...i can see my top 4 abs really well and the next two ok...so i have a decent 6 pack with the top 4 being the best. I just got on the gluc and sesapure with yes...i am just doing 3 sparys of yes pre work out...is there anything else i should be doing...my diet is pretty clean...I do tons of cardio (wrestling everday) but i really haven't seen the fat come off yet...and its the low ab fat. i am probably at like 10% maybe 11...i dont hold it anywhere else...just there. Anything you could recomend...Mind you i might have just not waited long enough...i have been on the program with these 3 supps for 6 days...when should i see the best results?
