How much Winny do I need for this?

I just got some IP products,and I am starting my Deca/Aratest2500 stack very soon and need some advice. The winstrol tabs he hooked me up with are 50 mg each and I'm gonna be using them as anti-estrogens since I'm on the Deca. How many pills a day should I do while on this? I was told to doin just 1, or half a pill a day since they are 50 mg. tabbs. I got 30 Nolvadex tabbs and I will take one of those every other day during the cycle to help keep gyno down for the Aratest2500. I planned on stacking em together doin 450 mg a week. If someone could help me out, I would appreciate it. I got plenty of clomid for post cycle so that's all good.

Its really hard to say how much winny will work or if it will prevent it, everyone is different. Do you have any idea if your prone to gyno or not? If you have enough tabs, I would take one a day, maybe cut it in half and take 1/2 am and 1/2 pm. How long were you planning on running the deca? If your going for more than 8 weeks, you may want to start the winnie a week or two after your deca since it will take a while to kick in. How much of each deca and ara were ya gonna use?
