how much whey protein isolate?

how much whey protein is too much?

I'm female 115 pounds, 5'1

i do my Cardio in the morning... usually have 35-40 grams of my whey protein plus a teaspoon of l-glutamine after my morning cardio workout... if i do not do am cardio... i sometimes still drink one of these at breakfast.

i always have a protein shake after my weights workout in the evening usually 45g of my whey isloate plus a teaspoon of glutamine here too..

i will be adding purcee soon... when it arrives.

i also have protein in my other meals throughout the day.


is this too much? too little protein?

You're not looking big picture enough.

It depends on total calories, your GOALS more specifically.

www.fitday.com can help you figure out exactly how much of what your eating and drinking (custom foods though)
 
ok.. so when I plug things into fitday.... i don't know what i should be aiming for at my weight..

i don't really care about losing weight.. but i want to keep building some muscle right now.
