how much whey protein is too much?
I'm female 115 pounds, 5'1
i do my Cardio in the morning... usually have 35-40 grams of my whey protein plus a teaspoon of l-glutamine after my morning cardio workout... if i do not do am cardio... i sometimes still drink one of these at breakfast.
i always have a protein shake after my weights workout in the evening usually 45g of my whey isloate plus a teaspoon of glutamine here too..
i will be adding purcee soon... when it arrives.
i also have protein in my other meals throughout the day.
is this too much? too little protein?
