When you switch from bulking to cutting, how much is it OK to lose the first week or two? I know that 2 lbs/week is the general limit without losing too much muscle, but I heard that the first week people generally lose a lot more. How much is OK to lose the first week, before worrying that they are "overdieting?" I have been eating a LOT lately, so as my intestines empty and my water retention goes down, I expect to lose a good bit, but how much is reasonable?
