I'm starting off with 4 sets of 8-10 reps with a 35lb on each end of an olympic bar. Then 3 sets of 8 with 55lb dumbells on a steep incline bench. Then finish up with 3 sets of machine preacher curls at like 90lbs (plate #'s.) I'm 6'5, 235lbs with 17" arms at 29yrs.
