How many glasses of water do you guys drink a day? Do you guys think the more water you drink helps with muscle growth? I've been drinking tons of water since I started my cycle in effort to keep my system clean.
About 1 to 1.5 gallons/day ... It helps keep your system clean, everything moving... Makes you hold less water and also helps keep your skin clean.. When I'm dieting hard I go up to 2 - 2.5 gallons/ day..... I never stop pissing..
I have never actually sat down and counted the amount of water I drink a day but I always have some with me. If I am watching TV I have a 1 gallon jug in front of me, and I often buy those bottle water packages with like 36 bottles for 5 bucks. And stock a mini fridge with that. I go through about 10 of those a day plus whatever I drink out of the gallon jug.
I hear most guys shoot for one gallon + of water a day especially on cycle.
I think it helps with overall energy as well. Do you think it assists in muscle growth? I know your answers will not have proof but just curious to opinions
but i think it helps give u a better pump cause u are totally hydrated, i personally feel like my muscles will rip through my skin when im working out and i drink 1+ gallons of water a day. on my off days i actually think i dont get as good of a pump. when dieting and cycling i try to go for at least 1.5 gallons a day otherwize its what ever i can drink i dont really count it when im off.
Water may be THE most underrated piece in any athletes arsenal. A body that is not properly hydrated throws all the metabolic processes off...(sadly I probably do not get enough water everyday ...even though I know the vitality that is involved with it...)
I definitely agree that drinking a lot of water is overlooked by many athletes. I noticed since I switched to drinking water from everything else besides prtein shakes and milk that I feel a lot stronger and healthier.......some of that may have to do with the juice ....but still it makes a big difference when you avoide soft drinks and all that other garbage!
I drink about 2 gallons a day, even more if I am running 17AA's. I usually drop some sweet and low in too liven it up a bit. I cannot pass a bathroom however without going, it's a pain in the ass some times but a small sacrifice.
i would say that i drink about 1.5 gallons a day, i feel the gallon milk jug up and take it will me to the gym,very convienent during the intense workout!
