I go by the color of my piss. I know that isn't the best judge, but if my piss is clear after one gallon I cut back. If it still has a yellow tint after a gollon I drink more. Usually 1.5 gallons a day seems to keep me cleaned out.
At least 1 gallon. But if you drink too much water, it can deplete your system of sodium in which water intoxication sets in. Drink plenty but don't go overboard.
How many glasses of water do you guys drink a day? Do you guys think the more water you drink helps with muscle growth? I've been drinking tons of water since I started my cycle in effort to keep my system clean.
I was talking to someone that was saying distilled water is like poison for the human body. Something to do with having absolutely no minerals in it. I'm not sure if there is any truth to this. I prefer water which has been filtered through reverse osmosis.
