wondering how much and of what brand Vitex is needed for it to be effective as an Anti-E. For a cycle composeed of 30mg Dbol ED for 5 weeks and 8 weeks of 500mg sust for a beginnner..plus the nolvadex and clomid after..how much vitex can be used to help the nolvadex
