I attend the gym 6 days a week. 5 of those 6 days I will do muscle training and 15 minutes of cardio before my workout. 1 out of those 6 days I will do 30 minutes of cardio and ab training. I know this can be physically demanding on the body so I eat alot and I eat healthy. Is this too physically demanding and am I hindering gains?
