How much training is too much?

I attend the gym 6 days a week. 5 of those 6 days I will do muscle training and 15 minutes of cardio before my workout. 1 out of those 6 days I will do 30 minutes of cardio and ab training. I know this can be physically demanding on the body so I eat alot and I eat healthy. Is this too physically demanding and am I hindering gains?
 
Know the symptoms of overtraining and watch for them. It's really a trial and error process in determining the correct volume.
 
How long is a piece of string?

everyone can handle different volume, over time you adapt to training loads........so its hard to say. Read casualbbs link
