When your levels have returned to baseline as confirmed by a blood test.

this is correct....do proper pct, see where your levels are, and go from there. 10/15 weeks...I would think but get cheked first

Do you guys go to youre doctor for blood tests?

I know theres a couple of internet companies online that will do blood work also, wonder if anyone uses them...

How about waiting until you hit another plateau in training? Who says you need to go from cycle to cycle without training naturally? I really don't get why people are so eager to jump back on a cycle...after a while cycling is gonna be old news for your body. Don't you love the feeling of training naturally, then hitting a cycle and it sending you through the roof?

What's the point of even coming off if you're just gonna jump right back on? You're body returns to its homeostatic levels, and you think somehow this means it's ready for another cycle? I ask again, what is the point of coming off if you're gonna get right back on?

I'm guessing it's addictive mentality...nothing to do with training or knowing your physiology.

What tests do you ask the doctor to carry out? In the UK, u get a form and u tick the boxes for them to check what u want! Like cholesterol and umm... yeah! ok!

awsome post!

time = time off is the norm. Blood tests will help you out a lot. I follow TO=TO, as best as i can anyway, as I may fall shy because I don't always account for every week of PCT.
