How much time do you spend on EF each day

I must that I spend at least 1.5 hours everyday on elitefitness. Most of the time probably more but who can remember!

I am usually signed in for about 8 hours, the whole time I'm at work, but I only glance at the boards every 3 minutes or so.
Today, though, I'm very busy at work...

I´ve been here alot in the last 15 days or so... Saturday i´ll leave and return in the end of August and from September on i´ll visit this site possibly only 5/6 times per week... but who knows...
