how much testerone do u guys do in your cycles?

some peeps say anything less than one gram per week is useless, wadda u think?
 
It all depends on what works for you... My thinking is you shouldn't go above what works for you because a) it's a waste and b) it can cause you unwanted problems.

My first cycle consisted of one sust250 a week for 8 weeks and I put on 18lbs.
I'm sure many other people have grown on a dose this small.
 
I've actually taken almost 1000mg as a frontload with the remainder of the cycle consisting of 500mg/week. I think next time I will go with YUM's idea and drop it down to 250mg/week to see what growth I can get from that amount.
 
my next cycle will be a gram of test a week for ten ...because this is my 5th cycle I dont think I will grow on anything less

Start low

Might as well make small increases. that way you can get reslults off the smaller amounts. But yes I've built up my amount of test over the last couple of years.
 
what about denkadial(sp?) has anyone ever used it? is it any good at making your receptors more recptable?
 
It depends on alot of things. Genetics, Years of training and # of cycles done are a few. If you have never done test before, start off with 200-400 mgs per week taken with something else. You dont want to become the waterlogged roid head in the gym that people talk about. Ive always had the approach to take the lesser amount needed to reach my goals and im a nat'l level competitor. Besides you can always add more next cycle if you body didnt respond well to it.
 
I say start with 500mg and gradually increase the dose from cycle to cycle.
example:
1st cycle:500mg test/400mg deca
2nd cycle:500mg test/400mg eq/40mg dbol
3rd cycle:750mg test/500mg eq/100mg anadrol
4thcycle:750mg test/100mg finaEOD/300mg primo
5thcycle:750mg test/500mg deca/50mg dbol/4IU GH
6th cycle: 1gram test/600mg EQ/ 150mg anadrol/ 6 IU GH

and so on...
 
i seem to get better results with my test being around 400-600mgs i did 1000mgs of sust for 10wks and only gained 10lbs where on low doses i gain 15-20lbs..go figure?

Well I'll be using 1.4g's next cycle but I'm not sure if this much is a waster or not but would like to find out for myself.
 
Like alot of things I agree with Manny78.
I have used up to 3g a week last winter and the side's far out weight the the good.
Although I normally stay around 750-1g per week.

Some people think they will gain more by just increasing the dosage of the Test in their cycles, it is true up to a point but I also sense that some these guys do not understand the importance of a proper diet. Many people say that they were on 1gr of Test/week and didn't make the expected gains. I am sure that you can make very good gains between 250-750mg/week unless you are a giant way passed your natural limits or very unlucky with genetics. There are many people out there who just wants to get everything from high doses of steroids. Yes, those gains may come but with a very high price. A low to moderate dosage with a good diet (lots of carbs, protein and healthy fats) will do wonders for most of us...just my thoughts

I like to stay close to 500 mgs 750 at the most of test and 400 mgs deca and I still have some perty mean sides most of the time but I'm only 5'6 217 lbs.
 
mrt, I'm with you bro...I'm a little older ( 40 ) and did some heavy test ( up to a gram) when I was younger.. My goal now is to go with the lowest dose possible that will alow me to keep the most lean muscle mass...exp-- 300mg test/ 300mg deca nice and simple, so sides,

I see these young guys in the gym doing mega doses of dbol, a gram of test etc. They eat like pigs, consume to much alchohal, do no cardio. They gain 15lbs of water, 15lbs of fat and 2/12 lbs of lean muscle...then they wonder why they lose it all..
