It depends on alot of things. Genetics, Years of training and # of cycles done are a few. If you have never done test before, start off with 200-400 mgs per week taken with something else. You dont want to become the waterlogged roid head in the gym that people talk about. Ive always had the approach to take the lesser amount needed to reach my goals and im a nat'l level competitor. Besides you can always add more next cycle if you body didnt respond well to it.
