Some people think they will gain more by just increasing the dosage of the Test in their cycles, it is true up to a point but I also sense that some these guys do not understand the importance of a proper diet. Many people say that they were on 1gr of Test/week and didn't make the expected gains. I am sure that you can make very good gains between 250-750mg/week unless you are a giant way passed your natural limits or very unlucky with genetics. There are many people out there who just wants to get everything from high doses of steroids. Yes, those gains may come but with a very high price. A low to moderate dosage with a good diet (lots of carbs, protein and healthy fats) will do wonders for most of us...just my thoughts
