hey guys what's up? i am 5'6 165 lbs. probably around 12 to 13% bodyfat. i have done a few small cycles before but could probably be bigger if i had dieted better in my earlier cycles. Anyway, i have 2 bottles of QV cyp. i am looking to only reach about 170 lbs. while still dropping some bodyfat. since diet is the key, should i do both bottles and run 500 mg/wk of test or just use one for now and run 300mg/wk? anywhere between 170 and 175 lbs if what i want with around 10% bodyfat. would 300/wk do me justice?
