this is in the AAS section not the diet section for a reason, as it pertains directly to the high BP issues many of us juicers face.

i see the FDA allowance is 2400mg.

im tryin to keep it around 1000mg but its hard.

I've never kept track but I hardly ever add salt to anything I eat. I would say very little considering what I eat.

i never try to add salt eithrt but I get caught up eating stupid stuff like salted nuts or something with hidden sodium :worried:

1 gram isn't much.

i've been using the 'no salt' brand, but my b/p is 132/74. what's ur b/p at cam?

sodium is in basically anything canned or packaged.
Avoid those type of 'canned foods' and you're good. Sodium is often one of the worst culprits for excess bloat.

I avoid:
Processed food (stuff sold in bags and cans).
Fast food: pizza is probably the worst.
Restaurant food.

I try not to add any salt in any cooking.

Salt IS what causes bloat. Your sodium concentration is fixed (ball park 135-145). AAS causes retention of sodium and water stays with it to keep sodium concentration in normal range.
Diuretics or 'water pills' work by blocking reabsorption of sodium in kidneys and thereby decreasing sodium levels in your body.

I'm not eating any processed food,,no canned food,,except low sodium tuna.. use No-salt... I keep below 1000mg ED....between that and the 1mg arimidex per day,,its keeping the water off me pretty good during my test cycle.... + just threw in 300 mg Tren A per week 1 week ago and its just started kicking in,,,, I love Tren...

true. most processed foods will have a much higher content of sodium. the more processing, the more sodium. Even frozen chicken breasts are basted in a salty solution to help for preservation. There is a lot of sodium in so many foods so I always try to avoid it whenever I can.
