How much sleep do you get

I know you should get 8 to 9 hours of sleep but i live in the real world gona do my first cycle soon food is good been hitting the gym 5 to 6 days a week for 1/2 year strong in and out of the gym for the last 10 years

so how much sleep do you guys try to get or real get while doing a cycle or in general?

I know you should get plenty of rest on and off cycle, but I agree with you about the real world being different. I usually only get 3 - 4 hours of sleep a night, but I have always been that way. I wish I could sleep more so I would grow more, but I always have so much to do between the businesses and family. I guess I like life too much to miss out by sleeping :supercool

I am really going to try to change this during my upcoming cycle.

What about getting too much sleep? Hitting the double digits for sleep has always made me feel like shat. I feel guilty for not eating for that long, and always feel like i'm rushing in my cals for that day. Anyone elses take on getting TOO much sleep?

Wish for 8-10 hours,,,usually get 5-7.
 
No matter what you do, either work or school, there is always time to get at least 7 hours of sleep in. Go to bed earlier. Quit looking up dirty pictures on the internet and watching reruns of Matlock.
 
Use these: periods, commas, apostrophes, parentheses, hyphens.. to start.

But yeah, I only get 5-6 hours a night and then I take a nap during the day for 2-3 hours.
 
Since I havent been working, I get about 10 hours everyday.. If I work, i get about 5-7! Id rather get 5-7, and catch up on the weekends. Sleeping 10 hours + everyday, just tires me out so much. Im too lazy to do anything..

WTF is that supposed to mean? That you have no control over your day/time? That is just sad. If you can't get enought sleep (ie -rest/recovery time) than your wasting the gear - IMO

What do you do with all the free time during the day?


Seriously, I could lift 3 hours a day, I enjoy it, but don’t because, I think it is counter productive.
