Hey guys when on a kick ass cycle of test and so on how often do you have sex. Just curious cause I use to get by with twice a week and now I want it all day long anyone else like this when using test and others?
 
Just meke sure you don't have it before going to the gym, it will screw up your workout. Did that once, pulled a long session before going to the gym for chest day and boy was i dissapointed with my strenght. Shit. I was going to do 275 for 10 good easy smooth reps, got under the bad and got it for 1, Barely. Got pissed at my Girlfriend none the less, real funny looking back.

Here is a technique I like to try sometimes.

It's called: "dead hand jerk"

You have to lay down on your hand in a awkward position.
Lay down flat and put your jerk off hand underneath you going across your stomach. Stay in this position for a little while. Then you will feel your hand going numb. You may get pins and needles too. This is good.

Now all you need to do is start jerkin off right away. It will feel like someone else is giving you a hand job. Squeeze as hard as you like too.
