How much proteinf or my bulking diet?

The rule that goes 1.5 x your body weight (140 x 1.5) = 210 g of protein = 2800 cals per day. I don't think that is good enough.

I want to go from 140 lbs to 180 lbs as fast as possible without hurting myself. I will be basing my meal plan on a 30% cals protein/50% carbs/20 % fat.

How many grams of protein can I eat each day to get from 140 lbs to 180 lbs as fast as possible without hurting my liver/body?

A lot of time beginners become preoccupied with grams of protein and end up not eating enough total calories to grow. Make sure you're getting at least 3000-4000 calories a day with as much protein as you can without getting too full to get to your daily total. Get stronger and you'll weigh more in the long run. Good luck.
 
Make sure your post workout shake is solid. Plenty of simple carbs there, like maltodextrin. You need to focus just as much on carbs so your body does not use protien for energy. You can also try cycling your protien every week or even every few days. I've read alot about toxins from cronic protien overconsumption. I weigh 260, at 21% bf and gain muscle quite well at 1 gram/pound of lean mass. But every one is different.
