i got 3 deer in deer season..just want to know the protein content in venison?

Id imagine its comparable to the same wt of chicken, most meats are simalar with varying fat content

Venison is high in protein as expected and comparably it is higher than beef or poultry...

i hope to be eating quite a bit of it this season if the damn things will stay still long enough!!!
