I would recomend this book to anyone trying to count anything with their food intake. It has everything in it from A la king sauce mix to Mc donalds happy meals to zucchini breaded.
And remember, it's the combination of the white and yolk that make an egg complete protein. The yold also has the cholesterol which spurs hormone production. Eating just the whites is missing out on a lot of the benefit.
Eggs are the best form of food protein -- better than whey. But not as good as the super plasma protein in GEAR. That's in a class by itself.
