Aceto
Chris Aceto, one of the trainers for some of the pros, has a pretty cool mass plan, I've been using it, and I'm growing like a weed. The basis of it is to eat around 1-1.5g of Protein a day, and about 3 times your weight in carbs/day. I go w/ about 225-250g protein/day and about 500-550 carbs and about 100-120/fat. I know a lot of people will say that I'm just gaining fat... but, I've put on 10 lb w/ this and I can still see my abs just as clear as when I started(I'm using fina... and around 600 mg ALA/day which helps, too.
