How much of your daily protein intake is from protein powder?

I get about 100 grams just from powder...

what about you guys?

0g/day from powders for me. I just dont like it, I would rather eat a can of tuna, or egg whites, or beef or something. I actually cant tell a difference in better recovery with protein powders. Some may flame me for this but its cool lol, I have actually made the best gains from all real food and no powders.

It's definetely better to not supplement at all, whole foods rock and your body works harder to break it down and pass it along your system.

As for me I have a PW shake w/ about 50grams of Protein in the Morning and thats it, real food the rest of the day.

Right now, zero; I finished my 5 lb tub of whey a few days ago and need to pick up some more. When I do have the stuff lying around I'll usually have around 80 grams a day. 40 grams mixed in with my oats for breakfast, and another 40 after my workout. On days I don't work out I'll just have it in the morning.

However, there have been time when I've gone on oats and whey binges. I love the combo, and will often eat nothing else for the whole day.

I use powders if I am too lazy to cook food. Sometimes I take a whey/maltodextrin/dextrose shake pre and post workout.

I get about 150-200 grams from protein drinks per day. Eat about another 100 grams from real food. I'm not in a good situation to prepare real food.

I take 40 grams of whey protein powder per day, post work out, the rest of the day I eat real food to get protein, lots of tuna fish.

I get about 150g from my milk protein isolate powder and 100g from chicken, steak and tuna. The great thing about milk isolate is that all of the vitamins and minerals from the milk remain intact so it has intrinsic nutritional value beyon the protein. It's basically milk without the carbs and fat. Likewise, with all the poor quality fats and carbs I'm saving by not eating meat and whole dairy I can add 35g of fat from fish oil.
