How much is too much? How much is ok? Speaking of potassium caps that is.
I dont have any issues in the gym. But when I train(wrestling), I sweat like a fucking pig. I stay hydrated but I still get some knotting, cramping issues in my forearms and biceps. I wanna see if potassium helps.
Ofcourse the lable says take 1-100mg cap ED and no more unless your doc says so. Be we all know sometimes its bullshit. So can you/should you take more? Can it be harmful? ect.ect..
