How Much overtime do you work?

If you truly enjoy your work, and what you do ... you never count those hours as "overtime".

When i hear people complain about hours -- i hear words coming from people who truly don't enjoy what they do at work. The 5pm escape artists.

Time to get out and create a new view of the world around you.

Unfortunately you're in a job where you get paid for your physical tasks which are tied to a frame of time (# of hours). As opposed to a job where you get paid for performing tasks which have no reference to time. Only completion.

For hourly jobs -- happiness is vital, otherwise you'll feel like you're in a prison and can't leave. Unfortunately, due to it being a physical task, and thereby difficult to "be unique from the bunch" -- the pay is usually dismal, like in your case.
