The Protein Scandal Report...

So I was looking for reviews on protein and came across this site. Some of this stuff makes sense, but I was wondering if anyone on here actually knows anything about it. Also, I had no idea about the whole pH thing. I thought that only pertained to fish, but apparently not after looking it up.
 
I think it is just another way for someone to try and sell crap. Make something look bad to hype up their product. Did you read the whole article? At the end he has links to buy HIS hemp protein. And a lot of pop ups, to make sure you order quickly..
 
if you believe that, he is pretty much saying milk is bad for you.......
 
If that was true you would think a few other sources would have written about that. Didn't really find much when I googled.

Yeah I read the whole article, which is why I asked how much of it was true. They probably wouldn't send you anything if you did give them $100 lol. I didn't think the whole thing about all the whey protein out there is true, but I'm sure that most companies get away with a lot. As for the pH level of your body that seems fairly true and from what I have read, hemp seeds are very good for you. I'm not going to spend hours looking up info because I know most body builder's and strongmen use whey protein and drink milk. I'm sure that many people have heard of www.notmilk.com, so who really knows? Is all that stuff lies? I just need a myostatin blocking pill, then I wouldn't have to worry about anything.
