How much of the performance gains can athletes keep after a cycle?

Have any athletes have been able to keep a substantial portion of their performance improvements from cycles?

I'm talking about a player going from say a 36" vertical to a 40" vertical during a cycle and from a 4.8 forty to a 4.5 forty.

The aid in this specific case would be premium virormone t-prop. First cycle after a lot of research. Offseason athlete over 21 years old. Genetically above average athlete but not a freak. Diet and everything in order with a chunk spent on Active Release and other soft tissue work.

I'm interested in other players specific results and educated guesses from the knowledgeable vets here.

PCT, training, and diet will all be carefully done to maximize strength kept from cycle. Just wasn't sure how much of the explosive power gains could be kept as there is a bit of a stimulatory response to steroids in some people.
 
most if not all assuming you are using somewhat reasonable dosages..

if your on 150mg of tren everyday your strength is going down after teh cycle no matter what


just keep the intensity very high in your training and dont allow yourself to start slacking cause you are not on anymore
 
Depends on the person what I have notice is, usually when I get off I keep the majority of my strength but lose some and always seem to keep my size hopes that helps!!
