How much Nolvadex

How much nolvadex should I take per day as a preventative:

currently running
25 mg d-bol - ed
400mg Test - wkly.


I know - use Arimidex - can't find it or afford it now so I'm gonna have to run the Nolva.
Any advice is appreciated.

Are you saying I need 20mg per day or 40 mg per day.

More bad advice from bigwhitedick,

Nolvadex is a very effective antiestrogen, it works by binding to estrogen receptor sites in the breast tissue thus helping to stop gyno, however nolvadex decreases IGF-1 production and hinders gains.

IMO I would wait till symptoms occur such as itchy nips and water retention. Begin with 20mg/day for a week, if symptoms persist bump it up to 40mg/day divided into 2 doses until symptoms subside. There is no need to take 60mg/day. Hope this helps

I'v made decent gains by...

I'v made great gains and keep estrogenic effects low
by taking 1/2 tab of clomid e.d. during a cycle of cyp at 400 mg a week and 20 mg of anavar e.d. then at the last week i took 5000I.U. of hcg then started the nolva at the last week at 20 mgs per day one in da mourin and on befoe bed! I had 0 estrogenic effects!!!

Does anyone know if 5mg ed of Nolva will be sufficient to curb bloat and estrogenic sides on the following:

I don't want to wait until sides appear to start taking nolva - i'd rather just take the smallest possible effective dose and then if sides do appear I can up the dosage.

Kidcrush you should be fine on 10mg a day to hold the water bloat down. If you find that 10mg is not enough go to 20mg a day with nolva always try to use the minimum EFFECTIVE dose. This dose should also prevent bitch tits, on the gear that you are using.
