How Much Nolvadex Do I Need With This Cycle?

Well I was gonna start this cycle about 2 weeks ago but waiting on my D-bol..Anyhow guys I'm gonna do this
Week 1-10 OMNA 500mg/week
Week 1-4 D-Bol 25mg/day
Now how much Nolva should I take with it to keep the water down and the gyno out....

What I was going to do at first is take the NOLVA only when I feel an itch or see igns of gyno...But I kinda want to keep the water down...Is that better to do or what....I'm also waiting on my clomid...Should I take clomid 3 weeks after last shot of OMNA..first day 150mg, then 10 days at a 100mgs, and next 10 days 50mgs..... Is that aight or what??

10mg every day should be fine with those doses, if you notice a problem bump it up to 20mg

Personally I woulnt take the nolva unless you notice signs of gyno.I would rather hold some water,wich will usually make you stronger.This is what is great about winter time,who gives a fuck what you look like,just concentrate on getting big.

personally i would use arimidex but if nolvadex is all u have i say take it at 20mg a day. as for your clomid intake you have the right idea. no problems there.

10 mg ED two weeks in if you are prone. Run it till you are at least two weeks out. At two weeks out Run the clomid 300 mg first day and 50 mg ED for two - three weeks

i use 10mg. it does the same for me that 20mg does.
