Besides our mortgages on our 2 homes, we have about $16,000 in credit card debt. That's what a long layoff will do to you at the worse time. Fortunately, we are in recovery now and are almost paid off in full.. but the main thing is not to live on credit and make it a habit. We did it out of desperation and it sucked. Interest rates just eat you alive..

LOL, not at all. This debt generates more income than it consumes in interest payments. I LOVE banks and all the money they have lent me
