How much Liquidex to use on cycle

I am starting the second week of a cycle of Test p, trenbolone, and Masteron. I have found that I am not very prone to gynecomastia (or at least I've never had problems with it on an anavar/winnie cycle or a Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /masteron cycle).

I understand that Masteron works somewhat as an anti-e. I have liquidex on hand but haven't started using it yet. It was recommended to me by my good friend that supplied me with everything (juicing 10+ years) that if I don't feel any gynecomastia then I shouldn't even take it. However I have been reading about using liquidex on cycle to combat bloating and fat retention from estrogen.

I am on a bulking cycle but would like to bulk as lean as posible so I don't want increased fat that I am just going to have to cut off later. Any suggestions on use or should I just go with my friend's advice and not worry about it?
 
The masteron will help in regards to bloating and estrogen related fat. But don't use an anti-e to combat bloating. It is much better to use an all natural diuretic to remove or control water weight on cycle. Use the anti-e only if you need it.

If you want to bulk as lean as possible then monitor it with your diet. I have to say that carbs will be a huge factor in water weight and fat gain. So 3500 cals a day possibly? Get your 400g protein, that's 1600 cals, get 150g fat for 1350 cals and then that leaves you with 137.5 g of carbs. So bump the carbs a little to 150 and take off some fat g's.

I promise you will have plenty of carbs for "growth" and "energy" and you won't get fat on that. Keep 100g of carbs for before and after training, the rest split throughout the day.

I know you won't follow it, because we have been brainwashed to think that we need like 400g of carbs per day, but I promise you will look and feel so much better on that. Plus your lipids will thank me for it.

Oh, and if you need it, start out slow on the l-dex at .25 to .50 per day.
 
Here is the lean bulking diet that I devised for this and future bulking cycles. Keep in mind that I am naturally a very hard gainer. If I don't eat close to 4000 kcal a day I can work out for weeks and get no stronger or bigger. I weighed 153 when I started this cycle a week ago. Right now I am at 157.5 with little to no fat gain (the quick jump was probably mostly water retention with some muscle I assume).

Meal 1: 1.5 cups whole grain cereal with 1 cup skim plus milk (520 kcal), 1 scoop whey with 4oz skim plus milk (120 kcal)1 peice fruit (640 kcal total)
Meal 2: sandwich (2 slices multigrain bread (200 kcal), 2 oz cheese (200 kcal), 4oz meat (130 kcal)), 1 peice fruit, omega 3-6-9 pills (600 kcal total)
Meal 3: crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies (325 kcal)
Meal 4: crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies (325 kcal)
Meal 5: (pre workout): 3/4 scoop pro complex gainer with 12oz skim plus milk, omega 3-6-9 pills (640 kcal)
Meal 6: (post workout): 1 scoop whey with 4oz skim plus milk (120 kcal), crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies (325 kcal) (445 kcal total)
Meal 7: crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies (325 kcal)
Meal 8: Muscle Milk shake w/ 12 oz skim plus milk (500 kcal)
Total Kcal: ~3800 kcal

I figured my diet would be enough but I kept hearing so much about anti-e's on cycle that I was starting to doubt myself. I guess I'll just stick to my diet then and see how it works out. Thanks.
 
As mentioned Masterone can help with estrogen production related to test.
So liquidex will most likely not be needed.
Now the tren may cause progesterone related issues.
Dostinex at .5mgs monday/thursday will take care of that.
*I have always found if I got sides that lowering the doseage was the best defense.
Diet drives all the results not quantity of juice.

Thanks guys for the info. I haven't had any gyno problems before and I'm not doing a super heavy cycle so I think I'll stay off the anti-e. What do you guys think of the diet?
