I bought some chicken breasts at the super market and I was just going over the food facts. Each piece is roughly 100g and has 15g protein 0.2 carbs, 100 calories but has 397mg of Sodium. Isn't this too high especially when I eat three pieces after a workout with some rice?
Thats about 1190mg of sodium for 300g of chicken. Is it me or is this too high for chicken? I am cutting up so will this affect my diet? Thanks!
