how much for post cycle therapy

Avena Sativa
Nettle root
cordyceps
4:1 Maca extract
tribulus
b-5

How much should i take of each and id like to run them as long as possible.

i also will be doing 50mg of clomid for a few weeks.

Also the mesuring spoons they give you for the avena sativa and maca, how much is one flat measuring spoon?
on the bottle it says take 1-2 scooops 1-2 times a day, but i wasnt sure how much this would amount to Mg wise.

Each scoop is 500mg I think. I've taken two scoops twice a day for half a week and yesterday I pinned my Girlfriend 8 times. Plaebo effect? Maybe. Placebo effects are underated
