Im 21 heres my training regieme
day 1 chest & biceps
day 2 legs
day 3 rest
day 4 shoulders & triceps
day 5 back
day 6 rest
I have recently had a 7 month layoff because of a shoulder injury so lets just say you cant see my abs. Im not fat nor close, but that layer on my abs and glutes is really pissing me off.
Im about 5,10 196lbs
I dont want to get shredded until next year just want to be able so see my abs and have no fat on my arse!
I am very good when it comes to eating, I mean I can stick to what ever ratio you advice.
