how much fat should i lose???

how much fat do u guys think i will lose if i eat like a regular semi-healthy lunch(i'm 14), and i do 35 mins of the stairstepper and workout 5 days a week??? i'll do cardio 5 days to, and i won't drink ant sodas except on the weekends, my bodyfat is 10%, if i keep this up what do u think it will get down to????? thanks!!!!:confused: :confused:
 
10% is healthy

10% is very healthy, anything below that is really not healthy for you. The body, at your age, until like 30 should have at least 10-15% body fat.

it may be healthy but i have like 2 inches of flab over my stomach and like an inch of fat over my chest, what can i do to lose it?????

Seriously, B&S, I wouldn't try to dump any of those "puppy pads" yet, if you're only 14. You may need them to grow into in the next 6 months.

SERIOUSLY.

It's common from childhood to end of adolescence to put on a little fat right before a growth spurt. Since you're only at 10% BF, you certainly are NOT obese or even overweight. They'll probably disappear in a couple of months.

You're not going to stop growing for another 4 years or so, so don't sweat it. Don't stunt your growth by worrying about stuff like this yet. You'll NEED that fat - trust me. You don't need to get "down" to anything. You'll grow into it.
