I am doing an extremely clean gaining cycle. I say gaining because I am not trying to bulk. "Bulking" to me means gaining as much muscle as possible and dealing with the inevitable fat gain. I am not trying to do this, and i don;t care to gain as much as a possible. What I am wondering is how much fat should be taken in om average? Is 10% of total calories coming from fat enough? i am only taking in good fats from walnuts, Flax, and Fish oil.
