I like scrambling some eggs at night but am worried bout how many yolks ive been eating since I feel like im wasting protein throwing em out, will 2 or 3 yolks a day be bad for me, should i only eat the yolks once in a while?
it shouldn't be a problem. to maintain a healthy HDL:LDL ratio you need to ingest both types. watch the rest of your daily consumption of saturated animal fats and you will be OK.

Actually youll be "wasting" mostly fat not protein by throwing out the yolk.... but Personally, I feel 3 yolks is a little high if eaten every night... Now I agree that your saturated fat is more important than just cholesterol but unless your seriously bulking, I would recommend something like 1 yolk per 6-8 whites... Just my preference....
Also, as previousley posted, your overall diet would be much more important than just these 2-3 eggs your eating per day...
BTW.... eggs are pretty cheap I get a dozen for $.72!
