I'm 16 years old, 6'2", and 186 pounds at between 10-12% bodyfat... I've just started a fukking serious bulking program, and I hope to hit 225 @ sub-12% bf by next Summer. A hard goal, I know, but it is possible and worth striving for, in my opinion...
im 17(just) 190 not sure bf, its not heaps, im going to check, but want to get to at least 200(in the next few months) maybe a little more and have lower bf.
