I'm 6'1 217lbs around 13%bf. By April I hope to be 240lbs and around 10%bf. Then I'll hit a cutting cycle and be about 245lbs at 6%bf. That's if all goes to plan.

205-210(fluctuates) apprx 12% bf

Came down from 265 to 195 from a year and a half ago and now going back up but cleanly and leanly as possible.

Goal 220lbs by winter at same bf then bring back down to get shredded for summer.

I am noticing that alot you guys are under 18... either that or you guys are saying it as a joke.. can't tell.
