How much do you weigh, and how much do you want to weigh

I lost 26 lbs. on the Divorce Diet.

6', was 197, got down to 171, now I'm back up to 179.
 
I want to compete next year with an extra 10lbs of lean muscle.

This season I was 98lbs on stage, I want to be 108lbs next season.
 
I'm around 250 lbs. at 5'10". ~25% BF fatass.

I'd like to lose enough blubber and gain enough lean mass to hit 225 @ 15%, I have no desire to be any leaner than that.
 
I was up into the 220's in the winter, now at 185. I'd like to get down to about 175 for next summer. But first, back up over 200 this winter.
 
Im about 155. Ideally I would like to be about 185 or 190 with the same BF. I was up to 175 a couple of months ago but then I got a heavy labor job and Ive been running a lot to get in shape for basic training so Ive been dropping weight faster than a Tijuana crackwhore.
 
currently 251lbs at 6'3''...already finding difficult to get suits, and jeans.

i'd like to stay where i am but change the composition a little.
