How much do you weigh, and how much do you want to weigh

230lbs but i am tall 6'3'' with a huge winspan so its spread out...ive been as heavy as 250s all juiced up and this year i was quite lite since i entered a few open track and field events so i dipped down to low low wieght... all symmtery so wieght dont mean shit to me
 
i just hit 220lbs im happy with that
 
6'2"- 230 ish right now. Been as heavy as 250 when bulking and cut down as low as 210. I stay 220 to 230 naturally. I'd like to trim to 220 and stay around there.

about 195 @ 6'1 about 7-8 bf%

i can't gain weight now because i can't afford to sacrifice speed/endurance, but during off season i wouldn't mind getting to around 205-210 @ 10bf%
 
5'10" 196lbs probably 18-20% bf. Would like to be 215-222lbs lean and mean.
222lbs would be nice for me.
 
I'm at 180lbs right now and I'm 5'6".

I'd like to get up to 185-190 and lean out a bit more. I'm getting close to showing at least a 4 pack, if not 6.

I'm happy to have hit 180lbs finally, but I still think my lifts are shit, mainly my upper body lifts. If I stayed at 180, my lifts got better, and I leaned out more, I think I could be pretty happy.
 
I am low 230s and fairly lean. No desire to get much bigger. Maybe a little lighter.
 
I'm holding at about 127 right now......I'm happy with that "number" but under normal circumstances (non-comp prep) I'm more after a certain look than a number.....
