I'm at 180lbs right now and I'm 5'6".
I'd like to get up to 185-190 and lean out a bit more. I'm getting close to showing at least a 4 pack, if not 6.
I'm happy to have hit 180lbs finally, but I still think my lifts are shit, mainly my upper body lifts. If I stayed at 180, my lifts got better, and I leaned out more, I think I could be pretty happy.
