Just hate debt. Family helped (basically bought) first house for me in 1989 and I upgraded as cash permitted over the last 20 years.

sometimes i think i am the poorest mofo on here.
a 2k mortgage and i'd be sunk...i got a two story condo on a lake,
all uts included plus cable and internet for 575 a month.
