No MRP's for me, too thick. I use straight protein, and pay about $19 for 4 lbs. , but I have the inside track on them....

add oats to make it an mrp, shit i bought some oatmeal last night for like .66$ for about 3-4 lbs

ive only tried one mrp in my life, it was a Met-rx and dirt cheap cause it was expiring ...i liked it but no way i would bay like 5 bucks per packet. thats fucking crazy.

I stopped buying MRPs a long time ago, opting instead to make my own.
At the moment, I'm using 1/2 cup of the Protein Factory's Pro-Sorben Super, 2/3 cup of oatmeal and 1/3 cup Grape Nuts to make my MRPs.
Tastes like ass on a stick, but I have a steady flow of energy and have been making great gains over the last 6 months or so that I have been on it.
It is also very easy on my stomach, which is something that I can't say for alot of the pre-made crap out there.
I grow like a weed when I use egg protein in my MRPs, but about 3 months ago I started to have a very bad reaction to it, so I cut it out altogether.
