I'm engaged and not involved in anything all that profitable for myself at this point. Also don't consider myself a high roller, but I suppose it is all relative.
I got her an iPod, $100 towards iTunes, and a CD burner. Things are expensive here, so $900 for the iPod, $100 for the iTunes, and $175 for the CD burner.
iPods in the States are much cheaper.
