how much deca/npp?

200mg/wk is plenty... I ran this much NPP for my last cycle and it worked nicely.

For joints, 100mg per week is plenty. 50mg is too little for me and the aches creep back.

E3D is an adequate schedule with NPP.

exactly what I did... 2 x 100mg NPP each week

start out as low as possible....400mg is a good starting point, then either maintain or go up as necessary... I wouldn't go higher than 600mg... it seems that higher dosages of deca only give you more sides, not necessarily alot more size/strength

for deca i always suggest 2mg per lb of bodyweight for anabolic gains. for joint health you could get by with 200-300mg wk i beleieve.
 
Prefer Deca over NPP not quite sure why.

Deca at 200-300 a week is PLENTY for the basic therapeutic benifits it offers

ya 400mg is perfect imo
