How much deca? Just need enough to help joints...

not intending to use deca as an anabolic,
dianabol and test will provide the anabolic effect

Deca no anabolic...? Anyway the minimum i guess you could run would be 200mgs/wk...but even that is slightly anabolic depending on your tolerance.

I am running test e and dbol for first cycle and really don't want to add a third compound but I know deca is good for the joints and my elbows are killing me. Would adding 250mg a week be unwise for 1st cycle.

Depends on your point of view..yes and no..some say get the most out of your first cycle and stack..test/deca/dbol is pretty much a great bulker...but being that its your first cycle some will say just run the test and dbol..either way it will boil down to what you want to do...200mgs a week of deca IS adding a third compound...and may help with your joints.
 
I don't think 250 mg of deca is going to "hurt" your current cycle,

I also don't know if it will help your joints,

but with d-bol and test-e, I suspect when you drop the d-bol, you will see some relief
 
200weekly sounds nice depending on how much test ur taking. U don't want more deca to test. You always want more test than deca....
 
I've read before that deca only acts as an anti-inflamitory and has little benefit along the lines of collagen synthesis...

Basically, once you're off the deca, your joints will probably feel the same.
