How much deca? (first cycle)

Need some advice on how much to inject for my first cycle:


I'm gonna do a 12 week deca/primo cycle: I have enough primo for 100mg every 3rd day for 12 weeks, and enough deca for 500mg a week, also for 12 weeks. Now I'm wondering if I should do only 250mg of deca each week, this beeing my first cycle? What do you experienced guys recomend? Really don't want bitchtits or anything like that!

I'm 187lbs (85kg), and a little over 6 feet tall (185cm), and reasonably fit.

Would really appreciate some advice on this one!

If you want to avoid the possibility of getting bitch tits (gyno) then you really should read up on proper PCT (post cycle therapy).

Me personally for my current cycle im doing 520Test/500Deca per week. Although that high amount of deca is not really required... Id suggest staying around the 350-400 mark.

But you really need to make sure you have your PCT ready so that you can avoid as many negative side effects as possible.

I'm gonna take nolva after the cycle, hopefully I'll be good with that. What do you think about taking nolva during the cycle (as some people recommend)?

bro read ok nolv will not restore hpta..do you know what that is..r&r bro read and research..there is a vast amount of info on this subject do a search..you did the right thing buy asking but nolvadex is not the way to go bro..always have it on hand tho..read up my bro b4 you do anything

but 400 mg ew will sufice
