How much D-bol????

I'm gonna start a cycle of Sust at 250mg every 5 days......I want to take D-bol as well so when and how much should I take????
 
What would happen if I choped it down to like 20mg a day for 4 weeks? I'm not a big person at all, and this is my first cycle. I was starting a cycle a long while back but my old source got busted (that guy in FL).
 
20mg/day would still produce good results because it is your first cycle anf it would still give you the kick start while the Sust is kicking in, If you have enough then I would do 25-30mg/Day.

what i did was start low .. at like 20MG.. then increase 5MG / week.. till i got to like 30-35.. then i went back down and then just stopped and let the test take care of the rest..
 
careful following these guys advice, u might get too big. hehe. I did what they said and now I've been on my cycle for a lil over a week now and i'm up 7lbs, and i still have 7 weeks. The test didn't even kick in yet. Its prob not water weight either since i'm taking arimidex. Good luck bro.

I`ve been taking 20mg of dbol per day on my first cycle and I had very good results.
I`d say 40mg is a good dosage for you.
 
5-6 a day is right, Dbol studies has showed that more is not better
 
Min. Effective dose is 15mg daily.

I've personally used dbol without any other drug for stacking and put on 15lbs. in 4 weeks starting at 15mg and going no higher than 25mg.

I weighed under 200 at the time but I've gotten similar results when I was in the 220 range and actually never went over 20mg daily that time.

I'm fairly sensistive to anabolics and get good results from low dosages. My training also focuses on the powerlifts - Squat, DL, Bench so I do pretty well naturally too.

Can't say what the best dosage for you would be but I'd be hesitant to see you go over 30mg daily when stacking. You should probably be comfortable with 20mg daily and I doubt you will be disappointed in the results.
 
my first cycle i started on 25 mg a day and nothing.
when i upped it to 30 mg it worked and 35 was awesome.

it depends ont he individual. u got to learn how u respond depends on ur size as well
 
i always take 50mg per day but for a first cycle i think 30mg would achieve good results. See if you have any sides and if all is well you could increase it depends on your body. Like i say 50mg seems to give me best results
 
Remember bro these are just opinions. I started out on relatively low dosages my self 250 sust. and 20 mg of D. a week.I got gains but small gains. When I upped to 750 sust and 30 mg. D I really packed on size. In 4 days I gained 12 lbs. and strength went through the roof after week 2. I am not a huge guy either just built well. I really wish I had started at a higher dose. I feel like I threw my money away. People react differently though. Hope this helps.
 
yea im sure you can benefit from a lower dose with hard work., but at the same time that isnt a high dose still 25 mg. I know that arnold and them used to decide dose on body weight. basically everyone was taking at least 25mg . So thats where I took that from.
