How much Clomid/Proviron is enough?

I've just begun a 10 week cycle of "Omna only" 13 1ml shots spread out over 10 weeks. I have enough HCG thats cool. I also have 500mg Clomid@ 50 mg each, and 500mg Proviron@25mg each. My question is: Is this enough anti-estrogen, or what?

I just wan't to say also, that this web resource, "elitefitness", is the greatest. I don't know what I would do with out it. I don't take it for granted...
